Avaya awarded the innovation of its Latin American customers

During Avaya Engage Latin America 2018, the most important event for the company in the region, Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE: AVYA), recognized the innovation of five of its customers who have stood out for the innovative use of Avaya’s solutions to the benefit of their final customers.

The awards were divided into five categories in which they participated according to their audience, size of company, implemented solution, impact on the business and with their customers.

The winners in their respective categories were:

Business Transformation Award-recognizes customers who have demonstrated exceptional success in transforming their business processes to achieve their goals. Winner: Eletropaulo – Brasil.

Customer Experience award-recognizes customers who have significantly improved the experience of their end customers using Avaya Contact center technology. Winner: CBC – Guatemala.

Award for transformation in the middle market-recognizes customers in the middle market who have created a significant value for their business. Winner: Cibergestión – Mexico.
Special Award-recognizes the company that demonstrates a unique vision using unified communications solutions. Winner: BBVA – Mexico.

Technology Transformation Award-recognizes the company that successfully implemented the technological transformation to provide a unique experience to its customers. Winner: ABC Hospital – Mexico.

The awards were delivered by company executives headed by Galib Karim, vice president of Avaya for the Americas International region.
