Royole arrives at CES with the first flexible screen phone 

Chinese company Royole presented at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas presented the FlexPai, the world’s first flexible screen smartphone.

FlexPai, officially presented in Beijing last October, this team is the combination of a smartphone and a tablet. The Panatala of this equipment is called by its creators as “Cicada Wing”, it measures 7.8 inches and can be folded from 0 to 180 degrees, operation that is able to perform more than 200,000 times.

With the FlexPai the user can handle applications to shared screen and multitasking, although Royal still does not specify what limitations it has when folded.

The FlexPai is capable of adapting to aspect ratios of 4:3, 16:9 and 18:9.
The device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, two 20 and 16 megapixel cameras, respectively.

According to the company’s official website, the sales price ranges from $1.318 to 128 gigabytes of internal memory and $1.469 dollars to 256.
